    1. An assessment which will be continuous and comprehensive will be done where children will be noi indicated as they are being tested but the the facilitator will receive the feedback that what points need more clarity for the sake of students.

  4. From Kindergarten to grade 3 the best way is to teach them the activities on themes in a play way or games method. By contributing in holistic development of a child . Knowing emotional, health needs of a child. By pre planning of the activities as per there need.

  6. We should give a change to the children to explore on their own. For eg fun with learning like object talk, nature walk, pretend play, hopscotch etc and in this way we can understand how they speak ,pronunciation and in which they have interest. So, teacher can do an observation on their Gross motor skills ,Fine motor skills and also have an eye checkup.

    Sometimes children spoke the numbers or rhyme themselves tried to repeat it again and again,it seems tobe learnt.

To ensure the achievement of learning competencies for children, the classroom environment must be an inclusive and enabling with the pedagogies aligned with the age appropriate learning trajectories. Further, I must ensure that my capacity is built and enabled making learning a joyful enriching experience ensuring that a strong foundation of life long learning is built through the planned activities and interventions given in the classroom environment connecting learning to day to day activities.

  28. Children learn new competencies when they get themselves involved in the given task and enjoy doing it. A teacher must ensure that the activity designed should be goal oriented for specific competency rather than mere playing. A teacher must plan strategies accordingly and monitor their progress and also assist them with the required help wherever and whenever needed. Classrooms must be inclusive and learners must be of heterogeneous type so that they can cooperate among peers to learn new things.

Then we can enable age appropriate pedagogies in the classroom.

As a teacher l will ensure the achievement of learning competencies in my children in the age group 3-9 yrs by implementing various strategies which will help to strengthen the foundational literacy and numeracy among young children such as coaching and mentoring leaders teachers for effectively implementing child centered pedagogies, involving parents in learning the transactories of children so that they can achieve age appropriate learning competencies, collaboratively designing timely assessments that has been integrated into the learning processes etc.

In order to achieve the FLN objective, it is very necessary to have a coordination between the school,parents,community and other stakeholders .Many of the children between 3-9 years group being first time learners will need proper attention and guidance .Providing stress-free and fun -filled learning atmosphere will encourage the children especially from the underprivileged group.Regular assessments will enable the teacher to record the progress and whenever needed the teacher along with the parents can work on areas which needs improvement.
