    1. As a school leader, I will promote the PTA Parents Teacher Association to know the families of students more better. Parents will be taken as stakeholders to suggest and provide feedback on the system,so they will feel free to participate with school,as they will adapt the change brought by school in helping the needs of particular child.

  23. A school leader functions as a Chief Learning Leader in grooming the stakeholders of the school- the students, the parents and the teachers. By creating collaborative community partnerships, in having a mission and a vision, approaching the matter with problem solving attitude seeking a workable solution becomes the goal. Understanding the learning needs, CWSN are foremost in arriving at a conclusion of the learning needs of the children. Diagnostic assessment, formative assessments and the outcomes thereof help to decide on the intervention and scaffolding to be given o the children. Parent Partnership and student involvement with dedicated team will help attain the needful progress in the academic upliftment of the child in being an academic asset to the school.

  38. 1.Parenting: Help families by providing them with parenting skills and family support, make them understand the phases of child development, its complexities and ways to cope with it. Help schools understand backgrounds and cultures of families and their goals for children.

    2.Communicating: Create reliable communication channels between school and home to communicate with families about school programs and student progress.

    3.Volunteering: Enable educators to work with volunteers who support students and the school. Involve families as volunteers and as audiences at the school.

    4.Learning at Home: Encourage the involvement of families in their children’s academic learning at home through curriculum-related activities such as including homework and goal setting.

    5.Decision Making: Make families participants in school decisions, governance and advocacy activities.

    6.Collaborating with the Community: Co-ordinate resources and services for families, students and the school with community groups such as businesses, cultural and civic organizations, colleges or universities.

  40. To adapt to the learning needs of children of age 3-9 years we should first know the background of children . We should conduct regular Parent Facilitator Meeting, We should communicate with them, we should ask for their suggestions . As role of Family in child's development plays a very important role we can involve them in various activities so this will also help them to understand the importance of development of early Mathematical skills. We should encourage different organisations to conduct seminars, activity based things , manufacturers to make the resources reliable as per the need.

Being in constant touch with parents through PTM and various activities can understand the needs of a child and also help resolve different learning gaps which they may encounter .Also capacity building of teachers will aid in and enhance the overall learning outcome.

  67. As a school leader I will try to provide all kind of facilities to my children. Different Kinds of adaptive policies will change the atmosphere of the school. Educational atmosphere of the school will be helpful for learning as well as research and for different kind of activities. Students will find comfortable while doing all the activities even their parents, facilitator and I will give supports to them. As a stake holder I will talk with each and every teacher personally and encourage them and help them I'll provide each and everything require for the students development the environment will be helpful to the student as well as the teachers.
