ReplyDeleteTo enhance the knowledge and thinking ability of children e should go through different activities and picture Composition worksheets.
ReplyDeleteObservation when child do dome activity, making efforts to write sentences or paragraphs, learning key words with spellings, try to explain or write something after watching a video clip or able to describe a picture etc.

ReplyDeleteYes each child has his/her own way of learning.First we need to have a good rapport with them.Nature walk help them to learn things easily.Let them enjoy each and every moment of learning.
ReplyDeleteInformal assessments are a great way to gauge our student's understanding of the concepts and determine their level of conceptual knowledge. I would employ several play-way methods of assessing my student's skills with respect to a concept like quiz, pictorial representations, projects, ppt's and role-play.

DeleteChildren connect with things they see in their surroundings. Activities with things they are familiar with will be the most appropriate way to proceed for assessment purposes. Activities may include some toys or things, dialogue exchange, role play etc.
ReplyDeletepuzzles on different complexity, matching cards , lacing, strings and beads ,role play, show and tell, vocabulary games , developing hints, story sequencing ect.
ReplyDeleteChildren need to be assessed in a threat free manner .They should be involved learners which can be assessed by observing their participation in group or class activities, expression of their ideas and experiencs.Children can interchange thier duties and facilitate in assessment activities

ReplyDelete1. Outdoor play with a ball to see whether the child is social and shares and plays with his / ehr peers.
2. Building of blocks to assess his pre maths skills.
3. A blank sheet to let the child scribble, doodle or draw anything he/she likes.
4. Play dough to assess his creative skills.
play way method, role play, scribbling, indoor games, drawing activities, words start from the letter or complete the word/sentence, show and tell will be taken.

ReplyDeleteA teacher can use various methods of assessment to judge the understanding level of the students like group discussion, quizzes, activity based worksheets,role play, pen and paper test,.
ReplyDeleteThe key practices to assess fundamental literacy and numeracy will be in the form of formative assessment strategies involving games. Games interconnecting real life experiences providing experiential learning in the case of numeracy- shopping skills, counting veggies and fruits, counting the little clothes hung on a line, folding clothes, counting cloth pegs, sharing cookies for family members, filling water in the bottle, watering the plants etc.
ReplyDeleteRegarading literacy skills, vocabulary games, dumbcharades, daily book reading, guided reading etc, may be taken up on a day to day basis.
