Along with this, SMC can financially help those students who are not financially able to afford their studies. Also, if a student needs special education, then a subject teacher related to that subject can be appointed or the teachers already present can be made more competent by training, where the cooperation of teachers is also very important. It is possible that they establish a positive relationship between the SMC and the parents so that all three together can support the fundamental process of learning for the students. Because at the same time, to be able to solve all their emotional problems, I try to create a positive learning environment for the students with the efforts of all three by involving the parents and the SMC as well.

SMC'S CAN ALSO ORGANISE SPECIAL SESSIONS FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN TO IMPROVE THEIR FLN SKILLS BY INVITING GUEST SPEAKERS . SENIOR STUDENTS CAN BE INVOLVED IN MENTORING CHILDREN WHO REQUIRE MORE SUPPORT IN FLN .AS MANY EWS CHILDREN'S PARENTS ARE NOT EDUCATIONALLY QUALIFIED TO GIVE HOME SUPORT FOR FLN ACTIVITIES, TEACHERS CAN FIND OUT NAMES OF A FEW NGO'S WHO CAN PROVIDE HAND HOLDING TO THE CHILD IN THAT LOCALITY THEREBY REDUCING LEARNING GAPS. 136. ' The child is the pain of a mother and the struggle of a father' , quoted a resource person in CoE training session.
Parent Teacher Partnership is very important for transacting learning to the children. Children are inquisitive ready learners who can be made an advancing learner with participation from the parent side. In a class of mixed age group with 6 months of age differences, a gap of 12 months in learning coud be evidenced if the enriching learning environment at home could not be given to the child.
The usual difficulties include children missing the required items for everyday use at home.
    Children unprepared for the activity.
Everyday recapitulation becomes difficult and the child seems to learn the concepts for the first time when the task is recalled after a weekend.
Sometimes, the child does not respond to the name called by the teacher.
The parent needs to partner the learning process with the teacher who provides the guidance in transacting the learning.
The parents being the bread winners of the family and in a situation where we have single parent too, caring and sharing becomes impossible.
So, it is pertinent that the child must have more of quality time interacting with the parents/ care giers rather than spending time watching television or sitting idle doing nothing.
' The creativity of a child who sits idle is killed' - keeping this in mind the parent / care giver and the teacher shoulders responsibility in the learning process making learning a joyful and enriching experience.
Weekend updations on the task completed so far given by the teacher in the physical classroom can be shared witht the parent to facilitate weekend learning.
Teachers can identify the children who need additional help and engage them in a pull-out class to impart learning on the missed concepts.
Parents and care givers may help in the following ways- making the child responsible and value its work by helping them understand the need to complete rather than handholding the children and completion of the tasks.
Monitoring the progress of learning on a day to day basis is very essential to maintain the learning continuum.
Connecting learning to real life experiences coupled with application helps in the transfer learning creating a lifelong learning experience.
