This individuality and diversity is in itself a great opportunity for children to learn to value each other and to appreciate their own special distinctiveness. Every student has a strategy they use to remember information more efficiently while studying. Some of them take notes; some make diagrams; some prefer to listen to lectures, etc. Since no learning style fits all students, scientists have conducted research in order to understand the way students learn new information best. Different learning styles are: visual, auditory, verbal, kinesthetic, logical, social or solitary.

Mingling lets you monitor their work, yes, but it also gives you a close view of any tensions or negative energy brewing with groups or between students. Also, circulating gives you great opportunities to overhear a student sharing an idea or question that you can use with the whole class. It's so much better when ideas and solutions come from the student. This is a chance for us to ask rather than tell: "What might be some things you can start doing so you complete your homework on time? How about I write them down as you tell them to me?" If we start an assignment with, "You will have three choices," kids may even get excited and are often much more willing than when we say, "The assignment is... ." By giving kids choices, we send a message that we respect their decisions.

TEACHER JUST NEEDS TO FACILITATE LEARNING BY UNDERSTANDING THE PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE CHILD TO THE CONCEPTS SHE NEEDS TO IMPART THROUGH EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING. SUCH AN ENVIRONMENT WILL LEAD TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF 21ST CENTURY SKILLS WELL.

In my class ,I tried to encourage them every time whether they responds to me in positive manner or failed to understand the concept .Repetition of concept several times with every time in a new interesting way hepled them to understand. For example, I ask them to know the taste and color of spices in the kitchen, to feel their aroma and in this way they become familiar with all the spices. Which can be used in the right proportion to make a new spice or can be used in a food to enhance the taste and aroma of that food. Similarly, there are many activities that I do with my students In which they think and write their feelings and thoughts in the form of poetry and story, making new things from the things that were considered useless in the house.e.g,curd and ice cream etc.
