    5. I strongly agree with this. Each child has its own way of learning. In the early development, a child needs support in the most important domains - socio - emotional , language , creativity, Reasoning and physical (Motor skills). Children may be well developed in any of the domains. Here, the educator can understand their needs and play a role like a gardener, to shape , to provide the essentials for the growth & development of each child in concern with the domains. Educators can give counselling to Parents regarding the needs of the child and the importance of giving their space for creativity & learning.

    - In our schools we need to behave with our students like mother and friend. We should not force the child to write and read, but we must make them enjoy their education in their own way. Through story, rhymes ,playing with sand , doing activity using wheat dove as clay. We should not rise our voice infront of our children. We need to talk smoothly with love towards them. By sweat voice and soul in our class room we can change any type of child towards good way, in their behaviour. We need to use some pictures, toys and objects to teach them any concept easily.
